Animakermedia (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides digital marketing, web development, and related professional services. As these are intangible, time-based, and customized services, we follow a strict no-return and limited refund policy, as outlined below.

1. No Returns

Animakermedia does not sell physical goods. Therefore, returns are not applicable under any circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall be considered upon meeting the following conditions:

  • The project or service has not yet been started
  • A written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment
  • No resources, strategy, design, development, or work hours have been allocated
  • The service has not been delivered, partially delivered, or initiated

All refund requests are subject to management approval. Animakermedia reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request as the company sees the fit.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable, once work has commenced:

  • Website design and development
  • SEO services (including audits, strategy, and optimization)
  • Social media marketing and management
  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Content creation, design, and custom development
  • Domain registration, hosting, and third-party tools or subscriptions
  • Any custom or personalized service
    Google business profile suspended or verification 

Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at Animakermedia’s discretion after deducting completed work, allocated resources, and administrative costs. All decisions are final.

5. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Change of mind by the client
  • Delay caused by the client (content, approvals, feedback)
  • Dissatisfaction with results (marketing results are not guaranteed)
  • Client’s failure to communicate or cooperate
  • Services already delivered or used

6. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • Subject line: Refund Request – Animakermedia
  • Review time: 7–10 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Payment gateway and transaction fees may be non-refundable

7. Client Acknowledgment

By making a payment to Animakermedia, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy, including:

  • Non-refundable nature of completed work
  • Deduction of completed tasks, allocated resources, and administrative costs
  • Partial refunds being discretionary and final

Can I get a refund from Animaker Media?
